1. General These Terms govern all purchases, use of our website, products, and services. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
2. Eligibility You must be 18 or older to make a purchase. By ordering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
3. Product Information We strive to display colors and details as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or fabric availability. All custom orders are created based on measurements provided by the customer.
4. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice. Payment must be completed before production or shipping.
5. Shipping Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. House of Racl is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses.
6. Returns & Exchanges Returns and exchanges follow our posted Return Policy. Custom garments, fabrics, and altered items are final sale.
7. Appointments & Consultations Missed or late appointments without notice may result in rescheduling fees depending on your service.
8. Intellectual Property All designs, images, text, and branding on this website are the property of House of Racl. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability House of Racl is not responsible for: Allergic reactions to fabrics Incorrect measurements provided by clients Damages caused after the garments are delivered

Ordering Q:
Do you offer custom designs? Yes. We create bespoke outfits for all occasions, including bridal, prom, events, and everyday wear.
Q: How long do custom orders take? The timeline depends on the design complexity. Typical turnaround: 2–6 weeks.
Q: Do you require a deposit? Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all custom orders before work begins. --- Measurements
Q: Can you work with my own measurements? Yes—but House of Racl is not responsible for errors from self-measurements. We recommend an in-person fitting when possible.
Q: Do you offer alterations? Absolutely — we provide professional alteration services for men, women, and children. --- Shipping
Q: Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide. Q: How can I track my order? Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. --- Returns
Q: Can I return custom clothing? No. All custom and altered garments are final sale.

Q: Are fabric sales refundable? No. All fabric purchases are final sale. --- If you'd like, I can add more questions specific to your business. CUSTOM ORDER AGREEMENT (Client Agreement) This agreement outlines the expectations and responsibilities for all custom orders at House of Racl.
1. Design & Consultation All custom work begins after a full consultation (virtual or in-person). Any reference photos or inspirations will be used as guides, not exact replicas unless specified.
2. Deposit & Payment A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start production. The remaining balance must be paid before pickup or shipping. No garment will be released without full payment.
3. Measurements & Fittings Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements. If measurements change due to weight gain/loss, pregnancy, or other factors, additional alteration fees may apply. Up to 2 fittings may be included; extra fittings may involve a fee.
4. Production Timeline Estimated completion time is provided during consultation. Rush orders may incur extra charges. Delays caused by late payment or incomplete measurements are not the responsibility of House of Racl. -
5. Changes to Design After production begins, design changes may not be possible. If allowed, adjustments may require additional costs.
6. Approval & Pickup You will be contacted when your garment is ready. Items not picked up within 30 days may incur storage fees.
7. Cancellation Once the deposit is paid, the order cannot be canceled. Custom orders are final and non-refundable.
8. Photos & Marketing With client permission, House of Racl may use photos or videos of finished garments for marketing, website, or social media. (You can remove this section if you prefer.)
9. Agreement By paying your deposit, you acknowledge: You have read and understood this agreement, You accept all terms, You agree to proceed with the custom order.
